Maple Sugaring!

What a great experience! We went Maple Sugaring today. It was fantastic. All they do in the facility is make make Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar (like candy, nothing else added), and after confirming all was kosher, as far as actual maple syrup was concerned, we had a wonderful time! It was the VERY best maple syrup we've EVER tasted, and the kids got to make snow cones out of maple sugar syrup (more concentrated than the regular syrup). We tasted maple sap coffee (they used fresh maple tree sap INSTEAD of water). I don't normally like coffee, but this was just FANTASTIC!!
