Hey! The Economy's Doing JUST FINE, Right?

GM says 19,000 U.S. factory workers take buyouts. Hm. Maybe not so much. This buyout thing is to cut costs, save money, and hire new workers at about half the wage rate they pay to current workers. And all this was worked out with the United Auto Worker's Union.
