Done!

So, finally, any direct, or even indirect, contact with my former Schmuck landlord is all DONE! He mailed a check for the full amount of the security deposit he owed us to his realtor (because, apparently, God forbid the schmuck should just mail it to me - it's not like he DIDN'T know the address...), who was nice enough to drop it off to us today!

All that's left is the Point of Sale violation repairs, which will pretty much all be taken care of by the end of this week!
