Closing on House TODAY!!!

So, all the paperwork is in! The seller actually FedExed the paperwork he needed to FedEx yesterday and the title company has it. They are just waiting for the final go-ahead from the bank to spend its money (by paying the seller). That means, if all goes according to schedule, as of 4 PM today, May 7, 2008, we will no longer have a landlord! Better yet, we will be PROPERTY OWNERS!!!

I got plumber and electrician coming today to start work on the Point of Sale (POS) violations that the seller is paying for!

The last thing we're going to need is our security deposit back from the seller, which we should get, hopefully, within the next week or so.
