Yes, it's been a great, big waste of money, is way over budget, and way, way off schedule for completion.

Despite all that, it's still a very pretty site when you see it pass overhead, as I did tonight. I took these pictures myself with, of all things, my cell phone. It looked better in real life, and next time, I'll use a real camera.
