Star Trek: The Experience

The one good thing I enjoyed while being forced to go to Las Vegas several times a year while I lived in LA was getting to go see the Star Trek: The Experience at the Hilton Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip:

For the past 11 years, Star Trek: The Experience has been a multimedia, Quark's Bar-hopping must for the Federation faithful. It was announced this week that the attraction, based at the Las Vegas Hilton, will go dark on Sept. 1. Hailing frequencies closed, indeed.

Grump. Oh, well. It's not like I go there now anyway. If I have my way, I hope to NEVER go the Las Vegas again. Ick.
