A case of NOT seeing the Nolad... What did all those people think would happen when the five or seven year grace period ended? All of a sudden they'd be able to afford an unaffordable mortgage?! Unfortunately, this is the moment some wolves out there, many of them frum Yidden, have been waiting for. More than one even stated to me they were waiting for people to foreclose so they could swoop in and buy houses cheap... How sad...
